The Judeo-Alsacien Museum of Bouxwiller (Bas-Rhin) occupies the noble and classic building of the old synagogue of the village, dating from 1842. It traces the history of the Jews of Alsace and takes you into the world of their traditions. .

Gilbert WEIL disappeared on March 4, "am Schawess".
He was buried at Jerusalem, with his wife Esther (ז''ל)
The AMJAB association
-the Friends of the Judeo-Alsatian Museum of Bouxwiller -
is an orphan. We will remember him as a "Mensch" whose

knowledge, toleranceand humanity were immense
