InNeuwiller les Saverne , the Jews are represented in tapestries dating from the 1500s preserved in the church of Saints Pierre and Paul.

3 cemeteries succeeded each other in this city. in the oldest part, the dead are only remembered by a simple inscription engraved on the surrounding wall, at the foot of which they are buried (access via the Saint Jean foyer).
